Marsy’s Law for Nevada/Question 1 has now earned the endorsement of more than one-hundred fifty Nevada civic leaders, and thousands of citizen supporters. City council members, county commissioners, district attorneys, mayors, police chiefs, sheriffs, chambers of commerce, law enforcement associations and unions, and advocacy groups across our state continue to add their names and unite on behalf of victims in support of this statewide effort. Below is a list those endorsements.
This measure was forged by advocates and civic-minded residents to provide expanded, guaranteed rights to people targeted by criminals. Rights that would help ensure that victims or surviving innocent relatives have the voice, consideration, and information which we believe every victim deserves during the judicial process.
