New Resources for Survivors & Advocates as We GO PURPLE for Crime Victims’ Rights Week

Nevada, April 19-25, 2020

Survivors & Supporters,

Our team at Marsy’s Law for Nevada is thinking of you as you face the challenges linked to the COVID-19 virus. This time of uncertainty is creating concerns personally and professionally. We wish you strength, wisdom and good health as you face the days ahead.

We also would like to continue our united recognition for victims of crime across Nevada. We ask you to join us and GO PURPLE in your own way, during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, April 19-25. A week that recognizes the importance of the constitutional rights Nevada provides, and compassionate consideration that victims deserve in the Silver State.

GO PURPLE AND SHARE YOUR PHOTOS

Select a day during NCVRW and show your support via social media.

Perhaps wear something purple and take a Selfie. Make a handmade sign and send your message. Get creative and Go Purple. Then POST.

NCVLI has put together a resource page on their website here: https://law.lclark.edu/live/news/43063-covid-19-resources-for-legal- services-and-victims

A list of Nevada RESOURCES and assistance organizations can also be found on the Marsy’s Law for Nevada website. We thank you again for your strength and dedication to victims’ rights. Stay safe and healthy!
